Printout of the ~]# yum-complete-transaction ![]() I wonder why there is a dependency checking on unfinished transactions? There was obviously no issues with dependencies before these transactions got interrupted and there should not be any of these issues now as well. Just complete the interrupted transactions. Yum-complete-transaction will get stuck in a loop when checking the package dependencies. Terminate the connection during the update procedure after it has updated some of system packages I haven't tried, but I expect it to be relatively easy to reproduce.ģ. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): ![]() All I get are repeated printout dependencies of ~10 packages and constant rise of memory usage. ![]() Now the usual yum will advice me to run yum-complete-transaction to complete the broken transactions, but it will get into a loop when checking the dependencies. Some hours later I shut down my computer and when I started it again, I found out that the yum was interrupted after updating about 400 packages. It found 1043 packages to get an update and I let it start just doing that. I SSHd into the system and ran 'yum update'.
